Territory Sales Account Executive

The Territory Sales Account Executive candidate will work to identify and create fleet sales opportunities to achieve established sales revenue goals. Develop relationships with key decision makers and end users to promote customer satisfaction within assigned geography and work to establish strategies that identify, prioritize, pursue, and close new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Promote products and negotiate fleet service contracts to achieve assigned sales revenue goals. Enhance customer satisfaction by developing rapport with key decision makers and end users at job sites.
- Generate prospects/leads through cold calling and other prospecting efforts—possess “Hunter” mentality.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue goals that reflect an understanding of market conditions and trends. Employ territory analysis and targeted sales and marketing research to identify top prospects.
- Address customer service issues in the field by managing customer expectations and coordinating with sales team and supervisors.
- Develop, implement, and sustain quality process improvements that focus on financial, operation, and customer service goals.
- Conduct daily inside and on-site sales calls with customers, following company’s sales process, including generating and qualifying leads, assessing opportunities, and proposing and closing sales contracts.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Report weekly activities and sales forecast and customer sales.
Requirements
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Minimum 3 year business-to-business fleet sales experience required, to include extensive cold calling and short sales cycle experience.
- Excellent communication/influencing/negotiating skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
- Professional presentation skills.
- Computer literate. PowerPoint/Excel skilled.
- Demonstrate high level of activity, persistence and a proven track record of sales excellence.
- Experience in the attainment of challenging sales goals and managing accounts within a designated region.
- Valid driver's license required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College degree preferred.
Regional Sales Director
Currently interviewing for the Orange County, CA area.
The Regional Sales Director candidate will work to identify and create fleet sales opportunities to achieve established sales revenue goals. Develop relationships with key decision makers and end users to promote customer satisfaction within assigned geography and work to establish strategies that identify, prioritize, pursue, and close new business opportunities.

Key Requirements and Responsibilities
- Developing key fleet accounts with large, regional customers; growing business through the medium/large enterprise market.
- Generate prospects/leads through cold calling and other prospecting efforts; possess "Hunter" mentality.
- Effectively manage a regional sales team, setting personal activity levels and targets.
- Report weekly activities and sales forecasts.
- Address and provide sales team training needs and support their personal development plan.
- Ensure the completion of all necessary documentation and administration relating to all accounts and to reports, as required by senior management.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue goals that reflect an understanding of market conditions and trends. Employ territory analysis and targeted sales and marketing research to identify top prospects.
- Work with the SVP in proving the correct strategic sales model to grow the business and obtain the targeted margins.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3 year business-to-business fleet sales experience required, to include extensive cold calling and short sales cycle experience.
- Able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales and sales management; minimum 3 years management experience.
- Excellent communication/influencing/negotiating skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
- Requires resilience and determination. We seek an individual who is prepared to not only develop business within their own territory but lead a sales team by example, bettering all regional sales targets.
- Ability to show measurable target achievement, ideally within B2B environment.
- Team player, able to work with the senior management team and gain the respect and support from the sales force and his/her peers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
