Usage Meter Report
The usage meter report shows the amount of data that has been transmitted for each vehicle during the current billing period. This will help you reconcile your SkyGuard invoice.
Hours of Service Report
This report can be generated to show hours of service for each vehicle by month, week or day. In addition you can opt to see hours of service for each trip with the start and end address listed or even the granular detail of each leg of a trip.
Stop Report
Stop reports allow you to visualize how many stops each vehicle made per day, week or month, the total time the vehicle was stopped and the average time at each stop. If needed, you can even view a report detailing each individual stop. SkyGuard allows you to view only stops at Landmarks, only stops that are not Landmarks, or compare both types of stops on the same report.
Landmark Schedules Report
When creating Landmarks, a visit schedule is created. You can check up on these visits with the Landmarks Schedules Report. Simply select the vehicle and the landmarks you want to report on then set filters to get just the information you need. You can filter by missed visit, a visit by the assigned driver, a visit by an unassigned driver, an unscheduled visit, and a visit that was made when no driver has been assigned.
Fleet Status Report
The Fleet Status Report provides a snapshot of a vehicle’s location at the start of day, end of day, both start and end or the last known location. You can filter the results by a particular time of day to ensure you are only capturing data during work hours or after hours if you prefer. See an average of miles driven per day as well as the average work day based on start and end times.
GeoFence Report
A GeoFence Report can be run on any vehicle. It captures the number of GeoFence crossings and totals them by day, week or month. You may also run a more detailed report that identifies each GeoFence that was crossed. GeoFence Reports provide the ability to filter out long or short time periods within the GeoFence. For example, a driver may cross a boundary for a few minutes while driving without actually stopping.
Speeding Report
Speeding Reports let you see what vehicles have been speeding, how often, where, the direction they were heading at the time, etc. Choose one or more vehicles on which to report and choose a time frame of minutes to months.
Custom Report
No matter what kind of information you need to see, custom reports will let you create it. Choose the vehicles for which you need information, the data that you want to retrieve and the fields that should be displayed. Order the fields in the same sequence as the report columns should appear. Then select the date range for the data. You can even choose to view multiple events in the same report. The name of the event displays in a column and the rows are color-coded so it’s easy to scan the document for a particular event.
